Body Peace is 10 years old this autumn. This  great news is worth celebrating. These 10 years have been very interesting, sometimes very difficult and the company has grown and evolved significantly. We have lived through very tough recession years and now we are at the end of it feeling stronger and surer of the future. We are constantly looking for ways to introduce new treatments into the practice to answer our customers’ needs. Potato Beauty

At all times women wanted to be beautiful. To achieve the desired effect they spend a lot of money on plastic surgery, expensive creams, etc. Do not forget that nature is right here and is willing to help, you just need to know how to use it.

There are many recipes for keeping your skin nice and young. When you cook mashed potatoes, add some warm milk and put this mask on your face and neck.

Do you know what is the favourite facial mask in Hollywood? Grate raw potato and add equal parts of wheat flour and milk. This mask will remove any signs of tiredness and sleepless nights.

Potato beauty is so simple and affordable for everyone!

Here are some more hints for you:

If you have a puffy face or eyes – do the following:

Grate some raw potato and put it on muslin cloth and apply to the face and eye lids for 15-20 min, then wash it with warm water and put moisturising cream. You can do it 2-3 times a week.

If you have red, dry skin on your hand potato will help too! First of all never discard the water where you boiled your potatoes. Keep it and put your hand in it for 15-20 min. Then wash and put some cream on them.

You can also do potato mask for the hands. Cook potatoes with the skin on, then peel the skin, mash potato put it on cotton cloth and rap around your hand. Keep it till it cools down and then wash your hand and apply some cream.

For those with thread veins on the face:

Mask from raw potato juice. First of all clean the face with lotion. Under the eyes put some eye cream. Make a template of your face with cotton or muslin (5-6 layers) cloth with the holes for eyes and mouth. Soak the cotton/muslin  cloth in raw potato juice, lie down and keep for 30 min. The wash it off with warm water, apply some cream.

If you have cracked hills – use a handful of potato peels mixed with the same amount of linseed. Add 0.5 litre of water and cook till it thickens up. Pour the mixture to a bowl , cool to 38-40?C and put your feet in the bowl for 15-20 min. Then wash with warm water, dry and remove dead skin around the cracks. Put some cream on.
