PLANNING TO GET AWAY THIS EASTER

 

When travelling we can experience change in climate, food, water, or external toxins.  This is when the balance of our own gut can go out of synch and lead to complicated conditions and symptoms. So as not to leave our health exposed, we suggest you take:-
